Titan One 1.2 distro pump not working

Question

I purchased the Titan One 1.2 with the LianLi O11D case/distro plate/cpu block and I purchased the MSI Ventus 3x OC waterblock. I was unable to get the recommended MB, I am using an ASRock B550 Pro4 Motherboard - soft tubing -

I filled the distro plate and turned psu on to circulate the water but the pump is not turning on at all. I have the 4pin plugged into CPU_FAN1.  All of the case fans turn on but the pump/RGB does not.

Sorry to hear that. Would you send us the receipt of this product?
And the video or photo to show the problem.
Do you have a try to connect the pump directly to your PSU?
And then the pump will run in full speed.
