How to remove Titan One 1.2 front glass?

I have a Titan One 1.2 case. I need to clean the reservoir/distribution plate, but I am not able to remove the front glass panel. Because I can’t remove the front glass panel, I can’t access the reservoir/distribution plate. How do I remove the front glass panel from my Titan One 1.2 case?

Thank you for contacting us. To remove the front glass panel, you'll need to unscrew the 3 Phillips head screws that hold the front foot to the bottom of the case. First check the bottom and top edges of the front panel for small screws or clips, often hidden or secured with rubber covers. Most of the time, you need to gently pull from the bottom of the glass panel, as it is usually held in place with ball-and-socket style pressure clips. Use both hands and pull evenly with firm but gentle pressure. If it feels stuck, do not force it too hard; instead, check again for any screws you may have missed. Always place the case on a stable surface before removing the panel to avoid damage.
