RGB and Pump not working correctly in distro plate

Question

From when I purchased my product the RGB in the distro block does not work, only 2 blue lights work.  Also about 2 weeks ago if my pump runs more then 60%.  After that it will slowly stop working.  Until it completely shuts off I have to reboot device into bios and configure it to only work under 60%.  Problem is I have a 12700k and it gets very warm when trying to game.  Microcenter advised I needed to contact you. This is the Titan Mini.
