I purchased 4 DDR5 module (double sided) heat sinks (2x set of 2) on order ID 2024090012 on 03/09/2024. One set is polished, the 2nd set I have is rough, like the forgot to buff them. How do I send them back under warranty for repair?

Typically, the seller will send you detailed instructions, which may include a free return shipping label Run 3 and a return address.

@basketball stars You are attempting to return the item under the warranty because it appears there is a problem with the product you got. Get in touch with customer service for instructions on how to return or handle warranty issues.

I recently purchased 4 DDR5 double-sided heat sinks (2 sets of 2) under Order ID 2024090012, placed on 03/09/2024.

Upon inspection, I found that one of the two sets has a polished finish as expected, while the second set has a rough, unfinished surface, as if it was not properly buffed or polished during manufacturing. I believe this may be a defect covered under your warranty policy.

Could you please advise me on the steps to return the defective set for repair or replacement under warranty? I can provide photos of the issue if needed.
