I have placed an order and I am following the check-out steps. In step 4 "Delivery Method" I receive the following message: Warning: No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance. Could you please provide me your assistance on this and how the order will be completed?

We checked and confirmed that using the same address works.

Please try again and make sure there are no gaps with the postcode.
If it still has problem, please tell us which product you want to buy,
