what is the difference between bitspower bending kit and bending retouch kit for OD 14 mm tubes?

If you're referring to the BP-CMMK14-MBK and BP-PTR14,
the main difference is that the BP-PTR14 includes more tools,
 such as cutting and chamfering tools.
