I have my fans on and they light up, but the controller buttons don't do anything with any of the fans plugged into it. I have Aura Sync motherboard and I have Razer Synapse, both of which the fans say are compatible. I cannot change the colors or anything about these fans.

Hello John,

It seems that the RGB controller is not compatible with your motherboard.
So please connect the RGB strip of the fan directly to your motherboard.

If Razer Synapse can be used on your motherboard, our fan will be compatible too.
This is the video to show how to connect the fan to the motherboard.
Any question, feel free to contact us.

If your fans light up but the controller buttons aren't responsive and you're unable to change colors despite having an Aura Sync motherboard and Razer Synapse—both listed as compatible—there could be a few things at play. First, make sure the controller is properly connected to a USB header on the motherboard and powered correctly. Check that any required software or firmware for the controller itself is installed and up to date. It's also possible that a conflict between Aura Sync and Synapse is preventing control—try disabling one temporarily to test functionality. Just like how users sometimes install WhatsApp GB APK to unlock extra features beyond the standard app, you may need to explore third-party RGB tools or updated versions of your current software to gain full fan control and customization.
