What liquid to use in Titan x 1.2 intel and does the front resevoir have the pump built in?

This is my first time water cooling and I'm overwhelmed with research trying to figure out what coolant to use for the most efficient and long lasting system and I'm at a total loss. Please help.

Dear Customer,

We advise you to only use distilled water as coolant, and clean the loop per half a year.  The front reservoir in Titan x 1.2 intel includes the pump.
