The pump of the reservoir is sometimes turning off when used in DC mode on the mainboards pump header. Every other header produces the same issue.

I could connect it directly to the PSU but the noise level is too high.

Why does the pump have 4 pin fan-header when it is DC only?

Is it somehow possible to control the pumps speed? My loop is very quite and looks stunning with the reservoir but the noise of the pump ruins it. As soon as I try to reduce the speed the pump turns off completely.

Or is there a small switch in the notch where I can switch between 2 or 3 speed-presets?

Hello, sorry that since the pump in XYZ is without PWM function, so the speed could not be controlled. When it connects to the pump, it runs in full speed. Or you can change the pump to the one which has PWM function. Also that we will release this pump with PWM in a few days.
