I purchased a Bitspower Titan 1.2 and after doing the bios update for an 11600k processor, it bricked the board. After sending the motherboard to ASUS for RMA, I'm being told it's due to bent pins on the board.

Even if the pins were bent, then they weren't by me, and the board WAS working prior to the bios update. Asus now wants me to pay for the repairs. Little bit frustrated.

Dear Kenneth,

Sorry to hear that. Would you give us the receipt of Bitspower Titan 1.2? Was the motherboard offed by Bitspower? Do you have the serial number of the mother board? As you said, the board was working but why did you think that was our problem?
