The water cooler was installed by professionals in the business and have leaked and not been used for months. The leak was recently discovered at Microcenter, location (850 3rd Avenue Corner of 31st Street and 3rd Ave. BrooklynNY 11232) when I brought it back to them for overheating. They ran a diagnostic when I couldn't figure out why this PC does not post after a year of no use and found that install wasn't done correctly and that the CPU waterblock and fan hub are faulty. This caused a leak to my top GPU and right now the best option is to remove it.

This is a time map:

2015 - 5K spent on computer parts including 2x980ti

2020 - CPU Overheats and PC is not functioning, watercooler is replaced with 240KIT DIY from you guys by professionals

2020 after 2 days - the computer randomly shuts off and does not run, I put it away as I could not afford to lose any more money to this build

2021 I take the computer back to microcenter professionals and they tell me that the fan hub is faulty, the waterblock seems to leak and pump was not properly functioning, all of which they installed and I have no idea to work.

I need a refund for this watercooler has it has been too long since they worked on my PC to offer any refunds or credits. I am 20 year old guy working my ass off to keep my house on its feet as im the only employed person here. My mother lost her job due to shorting in her workplace due to COVID. I don't even want to burden you guys with the rest of the people in the household. Just my autistic sister and old grandmother. When I was 15 I saved 5000USD just for a computer that can't even function 5 years properly due to your watercoolers. I want the RMA office to respond as soon as possible and I better be getting some quality support.

I can provide a ticket of my call from MICROCENTER corporate, notes from the the technicians that worked on my pc and purchase history.

I will use a lawyer if need be because you guys might have ruined my childhood computer.  This is the last time I will be using your parts.

Dear Nick,

Sorry to hear that.
Would you send us the details of our products, including the receipt and leaking photos? How did you confirm that's our product's problem to make your computer shut off? In normal, after install the water cooling parts, it has to be running over 24 hours, and make sure there is no leaking before start your system. So how did the leaking happen? Did you find the leaking when you start your system? Who installed the water cooling kits for you? When the computer randomly shuts off and does not run, did you contact the person who installed it for you and check out what's the problem? About the receipt and photos, please send them to the following email address, thank you.
