Cheaper shipping options?

Dear Bitspower Customer Support,

Can I buy a waterblock (BP-VG3090EVFTW) with lower cost shipping? Fedex Priority/SF/EMS is fast but too expensive and I am OK waiting 20 or so days for post shipping to Switzerland.

What is the cheapest+slowest option with which you can ship my block and how much will it cost?
