FE RTX 3090 Back Plate water block

Does this product:

Come with the backplate?

I bought the FE RTX 3090 Water block back in 11/2020, and the backplate the water block came with has fins where the VRM water block will fit.

Here is a photo of the backplate that came with my order:

The fins are where the new water block would be installed.

Also, how tall is this water block? As you can see from my photo, the water block could be blocked by the motherboard heat sync.

The back block goes on top of the fins. The back block comes with thermal pads that interface between the block and the fins on the backplate but it does not come with it's own backplate.

The height of BP-EVB3090 water block is about 14mm.
