BP-VG3090FE Flow direction

Question

Hello -- Does the direction of the flow matter with the BP-VG3090FE. What I mean is, does it matter which inlet is pumping water in and which is pumping water out?

It does not matter. You can use any port as the inlet or outlet. It depends on your loop.
