Is the classic waterblock for 3080fe making proper contact with the memory? Have seen users reporting high memory temperatures. Can you please tell me what should be the expected temperature on memory under load?

Yes, the classic water block for 3080fe making proper contact with the memory. You can check with the installation guide of BP-VG3080FE. The temperature depends on which radiator and fans you use. Also the surrounding temperature too. So we could not offer you the accurate expected temperature.
