I can't unscrew the water filling hole, it's too tight.

I purchased a Bitspower Titan AMD. I'm trying to piece it together but I cannot unscrew the water filling hole for the water reservoir

If the fitting is too tight, you can put a soft cloth around the fitting and use your hand or a tool to turn out the fitting. Any questions, feel free to contact us.
