3070 TUF waterblock

Hi, I'm interest in purchase a GPU and install a waterblock. From some online research, the TUF 3060ti and 3070 are using the same cooler. As well as the major differences on pcb are 8 pin power connect and power phases. Is that means the 3070 TUF block is compatible with TUF 3060ti?

If the purchase is completed in this month, what will be the shipping cost and estimate time for shipment to Auckland, New Zealand.
