Hi I would like to return a waterblock but what is your return policy?

Block doesnt have raised metal on die area so there is bad contact, which makes the temperature high. I would like to RMA the block and send it back.

Sorry to hear that. But our water block should have covered the heat chipsets. And all of the water blocks have been passed our tests. What are the loop temperature and the surrounding temperature of your case? How many radiators did you use? Would you send the receipt of this block to our email address as follows? Thank you.
