How can I get a new thermal pad for BP-DDCPC-BK2

Question

The DDC pump is was using met an early demise and part of my thermal pad was damaged.

I am trying to find out how I can get a fresh pad for the heatsink for my new pump. Can someone assist me with this?

I purchased the heatsink from Performance-PCs
