No, BP-TEKIT-3090EVFTW does not fit Titan Mini. Even the water block fits for 3080TI FTW card, but because the tubes and fittings in BP-TEKIT-3090EVFTW only fit for Titan One 1.2 series, if you use it on Titan Mini, you have to change the tubes and fittings too.
