asked in Technical problem by
Hello,

A while back I purchased the Bitspower CPU Block Summit MS Intel digital RGB from the microcenter in the US. A few days ago my liquid cooling loop experienced a leak that stem from the CPU Block. I narrowed it down to being the rubber seals inside the CPU Block itself. I really like the CPU Block and I cannot find any retailers here in the US that still carry this CPU block. I am hoping that I can somehow receive replacement seals for my CPU block so I can continue to use it.

Thanks,

Steven Perrine

Dear Steven,

Do you need the inside O-RING for the water block BP-WBCPUM-DRGB?
It will be online. The model is BP-ORCPUM-BK. Would you send us an email?
We will send the quotation to you, thank you.
