I need help getting a payment to process, i have had this problem in the past but i dont remember how it was resolved. Each time i try it comes back as "Failure"

Dear David,

Did you log in Bitspower account and then go on purchasing?

The payment failure reason was no auth code.

Would you like to check with your band of the credit card?

Was there any limitation?

And we only accept TWD(New Taiwan Dollars) by credit card.
