Hello thank you for your help. I am attaching Photo , no screw in these 4 areas?

i cannot up load picture on .   There are no screw holes on the back of the extend plate edge? There  are 4 stand-off below but no way to insert anything.  Is this correct.   how do i show you a picture of my finished card.  Thank  you for all of your help
