My Bitspower 120mm fans are installed and spinning but I can't change the colors of the RGB using Aura Sync or any other software listed on the box.

Would you send us the receipt for this fan?

And the photo or video to show the problem?

Did you connect the LED of the fan directly to the 5v, 3pin Digital RGB slot on the motherboard?

Which motherboard are you using?

Also, do you have the digital RGB controller?
