bp-fmd no display

Question

I have bought 2 of these sensors now from MicroCenter which is like a 40min drive each way and both sensors have failed to turn on the display.  I've tried multiple confirmed working power leads including a direct connect SATA plug off of the PSU.  I have the flow going in the correct direction per the instructions.  Why is the display not turning on? Could I really have bought 2 defective units?

Would you send us a video or photo to show how the flow sensor works?

Since you already used two pcs, both have the same problem.

We have to confirm the problem first in the picture or video.
