If I use on both side 1mm pads (as you are recommending and which one are provided) then RAM is not parallel with heatsink

For what ever photo upload is not working I'll just put link to photo here:

But if I use on chips side 0.5mm and other side 1mm then RAM is parallel with heatsink.

If I'm not wrong if heatsinks are not parallel with RAM then maybe even block will not sit properly on heatsinks due to heatsinks not being strait when ram is inserted in motherboard.

Dear Mario,

Thanks for your response.
What's your RAM? Does it have chipsets on both sides or only one side?

Before I bought this I had read carefully description of the cooler which is stating that is designed for single side RAM. My memory is single side RAM.

When I spoke other user of this RAM cooler they have found same problem like me. Provided and designed pads by Bitspower are incorrect size.

Dear Mario,

It is correct to use 1mm thermal pads on both sides of the RAM.
The thermal pad is soft, when you tighten the screws, the thermal pads will be pressed to be more close to taking the heat away from the chipsets.

Hi Lily,

Did you even bother to check my photos before you have replied to me? Doesn't matter how soft they are they will not compress ever enough as screws are not tightening where are pads are. This kind of answers is pointless just as pads thickness design
