I was installing the Bitspower 2-DIMMS RAM Water Cooling Module (DDR5, Single-sided) I ordered from Performance PCs here in the USA on Black Friday (#ORD-112422-4-094). One of the mounting screws (Screw A in the instructions) has a manufacturing defect where there is a tiny piece of metal inside so I cannot screw it together like the other three. Unfortunately Bitspower only included 4 screws (exactly enough) so I can't install my part due to the defective Screw A. How can I get a replacement screw? Really wanted to install this so I'm disappointed to wait some more.
