I bought a Notos O 120 5 pack and a single pack for my build on 10/4/2021 at Micro Center, and now one of the fans makes loud noise and rattles whenever I turn on my PC at times. I looked closely and saw a crack on the fan bearing. I still have a valid warranty so I was wondering if I could get a replacement fan?
I really need the fan to keep my PC running smoothly, so any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated! Please let me know what I need to do to process a warranty claim and get a replacement fan. If you need any additional information from me, just let me know and I'll be happy to provide it.
