Originally your specification said the water block would fit 4090 suprim x , which it does not

You have since updated the compatibly inform

I have received no correspondence on both my return requests, very poor customer service

Please send me the return hipping information prepaid and once you received the product, refund me the money

Sorry that we did not receive the RMA notice. Where did you send it to?

And we have promised him that once we receive the RMA request from order #2023080001, we will arrange it.
Please confirm the shipping address on #2023080001.
If it is the correct address,  we will ask FedEx to pick up the water block.
