Pump Question for Touchaqua Sedna O11D for LIAN LI

Can anyone tell me if I can remove the pump and block off where the DDC pump is and use a separate pump on the distribution reservoir Bitspower Touchaqua Sedna O11D for LIAN LI O11 DYNAMIC. Basically I want to use this Distro block as a reservoir and use a separate D5 pump.

Sorry that the pump is combined with the Distro block, they could not work separately.
