Bitspower Pump cooler for DDC MCP355

Hello, the thermal pad included with the BP-DDCPC-WH features a circular cutout. Should I install both the circular cutout and the outer thermal pad, or should I only install the outer thermal pad and omit the circular one?

About the thermal pad, please only install the outer thermal pad and omit the circular one. You can download the installation guide here and you will see the center circular is blank on the thermal pad.
