Will Geforce 3080 Water Block Allow water to pass through without

Good Evening,

I have a GeForce 3080 video card with the related bitspower water block attached. I think my video card overheated, and I want to run the cooling loop without the video card attached to the water block. I’m wanting to know. Will Geforce 3080 Water Block Allow water to pass through without a video card attached? Or will water leak out of the water block if the video card is not attached to the block?
