I have purchased the black sparkle enhance multi-link fitting (BP-BSEML16) for my 16mm OD hardline tubing. When attempting to screw the fitting onto the Heatkiller IV Pro Acrylic (by Watercool) the fitting seizes up after a quarter turn. When I screw an X-Cross fitting or a Stop fitting (all bitspower black sparkle) it goes in all the way without resistance.

When I measured the external diameter of the fittings with my caliper, all the enhance multi-link fittings were 0.1 - 0.2 mm (or ~ 0.010") larger than the X-Cross or the Stop fitting.

This extra material is preventing me from screwing in the fitting into the acrylic as it seizes up after a quarter turn and if I force it, I cannot physically turn it to the point where it even begins to compress the O-Ring.

What should I do? Is this a manufacturing defect? Would the fitting leak if I screw it into the acrylic as much as possible without compressing the o-ring?

Dear Zoltan,

Thank you for contacting Bitspower.
Did you try the other BP-BSEML16?
Please note that all fittings must be used with O-rings.
If all BP-BSEML16 fittings have the same issue, it is not a manufacturing defect.
It means that BP-BSEML16 is not compatible with your Heatkiller IV Pro Acrylic water block.

Alternatively, you can use an extender—such as the BP-BSWP-C95—on your water block,
and then connect it to the BP-BSEML16 fitting.

From what I’ve seen, the input port on both the Leviathon II 280 and Leviathon II 360 radiators is usually marked or positioned closest to the pump inlet, but it’s always best to double-check the manufacturer’s manual to avoid incorrect installation. If you need a place to store and share high-res setup guides or installation videos,[Terabox mod apk](https://teraboxdl.org/) is pretty handy.
