I purchased a bitspower cuboid Hercules v2 pump in December of last year. The pump has just failed after less than a year.

The pump appears to be grinding the housing and is releasing tons of particles and debris in the system. It has gunked up all my blocks and now I have to scrub my whole loop.

The pump was supposed to last 15000 hours on avg. It failed well under that.

Can I possibly get a replacement?

Dear Customer,

Sorry to hear that.
Could you please send us the receipt for this reservoir?
Which coolant did you use?
Please send the receipt and your shipping address, phone number to the following email address.

I emailed support my invoice and address as well as the issue.

Coolant was only ever DP ultra clear. Pump was possibly defective, not sure. I recall seeing a lot of particles when I built my loop that I attributed to bubbles and these particles eventually settled into the loop.

I only now realize when I'm cleaning the loop that they were not bubbles but fine ceramic dust from the bearing.

My other bitspower cuboid pump runs no issues. This one must have been broken for some time, so I didn't notice it until now.
